HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A NEW PIECE OF GLASS?
Generally, a piece of replacement glass takes 2-3 weeks from the time that it is measured. All double pane (insulated) glass units, and tempered pieces are custom cut to size, specifically for your window/door, and then insulated and/or tempered with large machinery.
IF ONLY ONE SIDE OF A DOUBLE PANE PIECE OF GLASS IS BROKEN, CAN IT BE REPAIRED OR REUSED?
No, a new double pane (insulated) glass unit, with two new pieces of glass must be installed.
